Both my husband and I opened small businesses and I began pursuing real estate appraising. We found Brooke Mora from a sign in someone’s front lawn and we’re so glad we did. Even though it may have not been the best time to buy a home she helped us navigate through a very tough market. She helped us stay positive and in the end we found the perfect home for our family.

We started to work with Brooke this past April during the Covid Pandemic. Being our first home purchase it was pertinent that we had someone on our side that knew the ins and outs of the real estate business. Brooke is amazing. She knew what we wanted and was extremely helpful during the entire process. We made multiple offers on homes and she really had our backs when it came time for final walk through. She went to bat for us when things we had negotiated on with the seller weren’t done up to par and she is the reason our deal closed! If we ever need an agent again I hope that we could have the pleasure of working with Brooke again!

She is very knowledgeable in the real estate business. We are very glad that we had her services in looking for a house. She was professional in handling all things for the process of buying a house. We began working with Brooke back in December fo 2017 for a move this summer. The literally drove over all over NC and VA to walk through house after house for us via FaceTime since we are located across country. She always had OUR best interest at heart, listened to what we wanted, and gained our trust. When we finally found the home we ended up purchasing, she tracked all of the repairs that needed to be made, coordinated several of them herself, and ensured we got the best possible home for our money.
